Default Scaff pole install

I've got a 2", 20 foot ally scaffold pole which I want to bolt onto the
side of this....

http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/2671/mast1cr0.jpg

.....to support the WLAN unit (you can see it bolted temporarily onto the
access ladder). The building is double brick. What brackets should I use
(any suggestions as to supplier) and how I should mount them? Should I
bolt through the wall with spreader plates or will expanding bolts do?

Cheers,

Steve.

I'd probably use 2 K's from a set of T&K brackets (galvanised not painted).
The 18" ones not 12". Fix with sleeve anchors. Space brackets far apart &
don't fix top bracket to the top 3 or 4 brick courses.

Bill has a firm near him (Rossington Light Engineering?) that makes good
brackets which are possibly even better than using 2 K's.

Some good brackets on here but expensive & possibly overkill/

I use some heavy 4" or 6" steel stand off Square U shaped brackets that
fix with a rawl bolt to the wall and have a 2" U bolt on the other side
to hold the pole, I have a feeling they come from Skymast in
Northampton, but couldn't see them on the web site. These keep the pole
close into the wall and don't move.

If it is working where it is does it need a 20' pole ?

Thanks for everyone's replies - really useful, cheers.

I found some dodgy local rigger who is going to help sort it....

It ain't working, hence the need for the pole. Trouble is, it's enclosed
in the direction the link needs to go and I need to get it above the
surrounding buildings.

Cheers,

Steve.

Any chance of some pictures when he's finished?
