Default Sky +

Some assistance please. I have just bought a Sky+ box to replace my original
one, but it outputs the RF to channel 58 which is channel 5 here. I have
looked through the set up menu but cannot find how to change it to channel
45 for instance. Advise appreciated

it's in the installer's menu if I remember rightly...

yeah,

Press [service] 401 [select] (press these quickly).

Press 4 (RF Outlets)

yeah,

Press [service] 401 [select] (press these quickly).



It's not true that you have to enter the keystrokes
quickly. You can pause 10 or more seconds between
them and it still works!

The other advice is not to look at the screen whilst
keying the code, so as not to be confused by the lack
of "feedback" when pressing 0 - 1

:O) Aye, had some fun with that, and my wife acidentally deletes
recordings because she thinks the button didn't work, presses it again
and it deletes the next prog too.
