Default ITV HD??

Does anyone in the know; have any idea when ITV will start
their HD transmissions??... i`m aware they are doing test
transmissions !!!

Done all the googling ****!!

If its is covered in DOG **** don't bother watching it. It won't be HD since
the picture definition is being deliberately degraded.
