My DTVTivo rebooted yesterday due to a local power failure and when it came
back up it had this feature. Scared the devil out of me when I deleted something accidentially from the Now Playing list and didnt get a confirmation screen (It was the Lost Finale!) Whew, was I glad to see this feature but typically DTV will put a message on the system when they do stuff like this, anyone else see this surprising 'new' feature? -- David |

Supposedly Directv was going to offer a Tivo update in the spring. Of course, this notice conveniently disappeared. So... us DTV Tivo users may or may not see an upgrade that brings us closer to current. We are always 3 steps behind the regular tivo folks ![]() Call or write: Bobby Vernon, head of the "Presidents Office" at DirecTv and express your love of Tivo. 208-363-6487 |

After the phone call, check the system menu to see if it says "Pending Restart". If so, you can force the update by rebooting. The process takes longer than a normal restart (mine took about 15 minutes). -Bill |
