The Freeview prog Guide on my TV still shows the time in GMT. Tried
reloading all channels to no avail. Is it ME.

Probably. My Sony box is fine.

Where are you and what make of box do you have?

I fixed mine by using the remote to turn it off for ten seconds and on
again.
Panasonic TUCT20. Don't know if that will fix the Sony.

Some of the older boxes display GMT all year round. For BST you will need to
go into 'setup' or 'menu'. Look for a flag called 'daylight saving' or
'summertime' or similar. Set it to 'On'.

I am 25 miles from Sandy Heath. My TV is a new 32" Toshiba. Do most
boxes change automatically?

Yes it's me. Found local time set up that I had missed first time
round.
