Just noticed today that FiOS has expanded this quite a bit. Lot's of new
stuff, nothing great like Planet Earth etc, but lot's of new content none the less. I'm going to hunt around later. FYI, I'm in Northern NJ. Tim |

They like the service but Verizon is totally out of control in the billing department. They can't get the one year promo to "stick" for their accounts, and every month have to "remind" Verizon of what they signed up for. Also, I just got my note that they will be upgrading my location to digital in June as described by a poster in a different thread. Has anyone had their FiOS expanded with the new HD channels? I'm curious as to the channel line up. Thanks, Tim |

Indiana and central & SE Virginia (Richmond & Hampton Roads areas) are supposedly in the process of shutting down their limited set of analog channels in early April. Western PA and Oregon have been all-digital since they started offering TV there in 2007. Odds are that OR, IN, Central & SE VA followed by NY will be the first Fios markets to see the overdue HD expansion (from the 21 national HD channels Fios currently has). Check the Fios TV forum at dslreports.com if you want to keep up on the rumors and speculation. Alan F |
