Wheeeeee... I have finally completed the move from Virgin Mediocre to
Sky... and it feeeeeeels good

Red Button which has a function..
HD *channels*
and so far no picture breakup and/or sound gaps and bleeps..

.... anyone want a beer?

Sounds like you've got a software update to come. The Red button is now
for Anytime and HD channels are now at number 2 in the TV Guide page.

their job if they cant even provide a simple option to toggle the red
button on or off in the menu system .

There of sorts isn't there? You can set it to go off after 30secs.

Ah, but DOG plus red button = twice the annoyance for little effort.
And if anyone is ever dumb enough to press the red button you can
bombard them with adverts for premium rate phone numbers that give
them a synopsis of what they are watching.
