I have serious motion smear problems with my new Samsung HDTV, 37".
It's during pc display and during tv/dvd's, towards the right, constantly. What's causing it? Should I set my devices to a different frequency or something? My pc is on 60Hz with optimal resolution. I'm relatively new to this field but I'm a tech-savvy person so please don't hold back in the explanation. Thanks for all your help. ![]() |

Well, I don't think it's broken because, for example, my consoles work perfectly fine, tv works great. But then my DVD player also has motion smear. My pc has only a very very little bit of it (hardly noticable unless you really look for it) whereas my DVD player has trouble with it depending ont he movie. I'm puzzled! |

Some displays have started using 120Hz refresh rate, which seems to help this issue a lot. -- jer email reply - I am not a 'ten' |
