If it doesn't, they will look different. In the past, a large number of displays from good vendors did NOT deinterlace correctly. I didnt think it was worth paying 200.00 more for a 1080p hd-dvd player. Only worth it if you have a 1080P television set. And then you would still have a hard time telling the difference between 1080i and p..if any it's minuscule. Maybe on a 70" Screen you "might" see something. |
