If these guys would publish their non-promo prices up front, I
could get interested. The web site always looks like a "come-on"
with unstated extra costs for an additional antenna or other
extras. My daughter just got burned on a DirectTV installation
that had more extras then Carter has pills.

Standard fare for sales and marketing from big evil corporations.

And DirecTV is a bit more evil than DishNet (IMHO ... based on the history
of each company).

At least with DishNet I can also get SkyAngel on the same receiver.

Yes, for a few more months. Sky Angel is moving to IPTV (ONLY) soon.
They have already transferred all their transponder licenses to
Echostar. On top of that they will NOT honor lifetime subscriptions
that a lot of customers paid for.
