Seems Ftn has suddenly turned into Virgin 1 on Freeview. Is this just
a name change or has Ftn gone bust?

FTN was owned by Virgin Media Television, so it's a re-branding. They
want to compete with Sky1.

The first episode of "Crime Invasion - Britain's New Underworld", about
Romanian gangs that run Britain's cashpoint fraud was an eye-opener. I
can't recall ever watching anything on FTN, but I've already watched a
few Virgin-1 programmes.

I've recorded (not watched yet) 'The Riches' with Eddie Izzard, which seems to
have had some critical acclaim.
