Default BBC TV programs ONE, TWO, THREE and FOUR via Astra 28.2 in Benidorm

Can anybody tell me, which should be the dish diameter needed in
Benidorm to receive the BBC TV programs ONE, TWO, THREE and FOUR via
Astra 28.2. Benidorm's latitude 38º 30' N and longitude 0º 7,8' W. Any
other issues to consider related to the technical equipement (LNB
etc.) Is it true that whatever made, in the late evening the quality
is poor till vanished?

I know someone just up the coast near Moraira who has a 2.4m dish to receive
2D signals reliably; however some of the BBC channels and all ITV still
drops out at certain times of the day, though I don't have the knowledge to
understand why.

Looking at that picture, if Channel 4 and Five moved to Astra 2D, they could
go FTA along with the BBC and ITV channels!

Is there the capacity on 2D for those channels? If there is I agree with
you.
