there was no personal attack on Phil, no response at all to Phil other

Even Bob Miller. I'm complaining that Matthew L. Martin makes assumptions
about facts he knows nothing about (he's not behind me watching what I do
on the internet, and he doesn't have a bug in my computer to spy on me),
and then uses his assumptions as an excuse to make a personal attack.
I don't recall Bob Miller making personal attacks. While his perpetual
focus on COFDM, and the conspiracy theories about how ATSC came to be
chosen, might be annoying in their repetition, I simply do not recall him
making personal attacks ... certainly not anything like what Matthew L.
Martin frequently does.

The first time Matthew L. Martin made a person attack, he based it on a
statement that was just absolutely wrong. It was wrong because he said
I did not do something I actually did do. I didn't get the results he
and I both wished I had gotten because I didn't know one of the terms
that was relevant to what I was searching for at the time. But rather
than accept that, he persisted in his erroneous statement claiming I had
not attempted any search at all, and began his personal attacks methods.
He should instead of stated that I must have done a bad search if I had
done one (when I rebutted that I had done a search) and offered some
better keywords, or maybe even direct links if he had them handle (I do
not expect him to do searches for me, although I do recall he seemed to
think that at one time or another).

Actually, even though Matthew and I both think each other are assholes, I
have learned quite a lot more from him than I have from you Phil. The fact
is, both aof you are acting like children. You just happen to be wrong a
heck of a lot more than Matthew Martin.
