it would be STUPID to impeach Bush
to begin with LOOK AT THE COST to the taxpayers
by the time the impeachemnt case came around you would be within 4

OK, I'm all for it. What are the charges? Remember, these have to be
legitimate charges, instances where he broke US law.

That is not what the US Constitution says. It says:

the President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United
States shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and
conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and
misdemeanors."

"high crimes and misdemeanors" means whatever a majority of the House of
Representatives says it means (See: impeachment of Bill Clinton).
Conviction of said offense is up to a two thirds majority of the Senate.
Being unable to secure a simple majority in the Senate in the case of
Bill Clinton it is clear that simple perjury is insufficient cause to
impeach, much less convict, a sitting president.

This is just as well as any prosecutor worth the name can get an
indictment of a ham sandwich. A partisan majority in the House may
impeach for jaywalking, but the Senate must agree that jaywalking is a
"high crime or misdemeanor".

Okay, then elect one...you'll see how bad it can be when we turn the

I suggest you see your therapist as soon as possible about your

I have no paranoia. Look at the democratic candidates...none of them
are
prepared for leading the country in the crisis we find ourselves in!

Give me a break; Obama is nothing more than a pretty boy in a suit, and
Billary is the Jane Fonda of the 21st century. Neither will have what
it
takes to stand up to the job.

So which of the Reps is any better?

Most anybody would be better than those two. You think GWB is bad (and he
is)? You ain't seen nothing yet!

You are right... put the Billary-bot in office, or Obubba who has no
politcal, leadership or military experience, and the horror show will go
into overdrive....

Well, liberals are pretty simple-minded when it comes to the real world. They
figure that if the candidate is not Bush, is a Democrat, a member of a
"minority", and has socialist-internationalist leanings, that he/she/it just
has to be perfect. They will gladly give up their birthright and abandon
their culture in order to march headlong into a socialist, one-world utopia.
One wonders if they will still feel that way once they have achieved their
goal? I'd bet not, but then it will be too late.

Thankfully for the wellbeing of the entire world, so far (and it seems
to be in this presidential election in 2008) that almost all of them are
better than any of the top 5 democrat runners. That's what helped us in
2004, and at this rate will save the nation and the perhaps the world in
2008 too.

I don't have your faith in that belief. There is little doubt in anyone's
mind (except perhaps yours) that the next President will be a Democrat -
irfrespective of which Democrat gets nominated. It's such a fait accompli
that many pundits are saying that the Democratic candidate doesn't even have
to campaign to win! The current Republican party is THAT hated.

You're certainly delusional if you support the incompetent Republicans.

He may not be deluded to support the Republicans, but he is certainly deluded
to project that they could win a Presidential election as hated as Bush & Co.
is at this point in time.

No, it would be insane to support the "cut and run" democrats, who would be
weak and cowardly in the face of terrorism.

There are still people who can see that the democrats have no candidate of
any rela value to offer. Many don't wish to give in to the terrorists the
way the dems and libs do.
Many still love this country enough to not to want to sell it out.

And there are folks smart enough so see that the Billary-bot is nothing buch
a chimera to put her husband back in power.
