There were some on Microsoft's site I downloaded last year to test their
newest media player but a couple searches turned up nothing.

Plus most of them aren't 1080p but 720p. Even so they do look amazing.

I had a look at this page about a month or two back when I first got my 46"
Samsung TV for some test footage. The only a few were in 1080p. Looks like
I'll be downloading some of these again. Thanks.

Far as I know only IMAX cameras are 60 fps
http://www.highdefdigest.com/tags/show/IMAX

IMAX is 24fps, like ordinary film. Some IMAX cameras can operate up to 60fps
(others at only 36 or 48fps), but such higher framerates are common with all
types of cameras, for instance to shoot miniatures or slo-mo scenes, with
the end result still being projected at 24fps. There is the "IMAX HD" format
that is 48fps, but it is almost never used due to cost - other than one
launch film, it has probably only ever been used in one or two theme park
"rides".
