I had an old V1 sky+ box with a multi-room sub for a standard sky box. A
recent Sky offer allowed me to upgrade the main sky+ to a new V3 box with
80GB storage and move the old sky+ to replace the one in the bedroom. This
cost £79, including installation of a second coax cable to the bedroom.

Do you have to pay a monthly fee for the second Sky+ box or is it just
the £10 for the Multiroom?

thanks
