Default Chanl 4 plus?

I bought a 22'' hdtv which i also use for my pc. Until i get a
better indoor antenna, I took one from old portable tv to test it. I
get some chnls, that I am not familiar with ...ie...chnl 4 here in nyc
is nbc, then there is 4-1 ( HD ), then 4-2 SD, and 4-3 plus. Is there
a way that I can get to identify these chnls other than the first 2,
to find out what they offer, before I remove them?
