Default British media and Portugal: How a superior race looks at Untermenschen...

Most of the news about Madeleine McCann disapearence, in the
Portuguese Press, "are best described as 'culhoes (*)"
Posted by Martin Brunt, Sky News Crime Correspondent, on his blog in
Sky News Web page

[May 13, 2007]
"[...] I'm having to rely for information on the local Portuguese Press
whose accuracy is sometimes highly questionable. One paper seems to
have good contacts. The rest of the stuff is best described as
"culhoes". In neighbouring Spain that would be "cojones." Each
morning, with the help of a translator, I have to pick my way through
the minefield of flyers. [...]

(*) - Obscene word, in Portuguese, for "testicles". The rigth spelling
is "colhões"...

The E-fit of a suspect that Portuguese police has showed to several
potential witnesses, according to British Press
Telegraph.com
[May 10 - 2007]
"[...] Staff at hotels, restaurants and bars in Praia da Luz where the
McCanns are staying, and nearby towns, have been shown [...] a computer-
generated image which looked like "an egg with hair. [...]Simon Russell,
40, a half-English, half-Portuguese video store owner said yesterday
that he was visited by officers who showed him a computer-generated
image which looked like "an egg with hair".

Daily Mail
[May 11 - 2007]
"This bizarre sketch captures why the police investigation into the
abduction of Madeleine McCann has been so savagely condemned. Officers
[...] have, apparently, shown a sketch like this to residents in Praia
da Luz. One of them was Simon Russell, 40 [...] "I smiled when they
showed it to me. What else could you do?" he said. He said the sketch
was so simple it was easy for him to recreate, and it is Mr Russell's
drawing that is used here. He described it as looking like "an egg
with a side parting". [...]

OPINION
Adolf Hitler didn't managed to conquer Great Britain during the II
World War, but some nazis took control over a few newspapers, until
today...
By Paulo Reis
Like in the UK, in Portugal police officers need to be physically and
mentally fit. To be a candidate to a CID officer job in Portugal,
people must have a university degree [35% of new recruits are chosen
among those that have a Law degree] and they go through very demanding
physical and medical tests [and I know it very well, because my
younger sister tried it, but she wasn't admitted].

Martin Brunt: another howling blood-thirsty British tabloid
journalist, willing to kill - or let someone be killed - to have a
story (*)
By Paulo Reis
"Sir: Your comments are appalling, disgusting, offensive and
nauseating. The only thing that I agree with you, is when you write
"[...] I really don't know". That's absolutely correct and it's the
first factual information I got from you! That's also the only truth
in your post. When you say that most of news, published in the
Portuguese Press, about Madeleine McCann abduction, are best described
as "colhões" [that's the right way of spelling], the obscene
translation of "testicles" and a word no educated person would ever
mention in front of women or kids, is the most offensive and unfair
statement I ever heard.

How very well stated and absloutley correct...I am absloutley * stunned *
that the material fact that this little girl's parents made a CONSCIENSIOUS
desicion to go on the **** rather than look after their kids is constantly
overlooked by our 'honest' media who strive so diligently for 'the truth'.

They arn't fit to be parents and there has to be a degree of concern over
their remaining children's long term welfare and security. It's only
because they are good looking, middle class doctors that this is a media
event.

if Maddie was a child belonging to a single mother, or was
asian/black/muslim it would, at the very best, gotten 2, maybe 3 lines of
coverage in the middle of a newspaper as a one-time story, if any at all.

This poor little girl has been horibly let down by her neglegant parents.

The Police had planned to charge the parents.

Not sure who you were replying to as you top posted.

I know I wasn't being nasty to the parents, only stated what the police
had intended.
