KDL-46V2500 or KDL-46V3000

Does anyone know the difference between the Sony KDL-46V2500 and the
KDL-46V3000?

I have been trying to find they full specs on the 46V3000 but can't
seem to find them anywhere. It is supposed to be out by this summer.

What has Sony added in the V3000 model over the V2500 model? How are
these models different than the XBR3?

Any suggestions or comments?

well...

When comparing specs remember that they tell you little useful information
about how most sets will actually perform.

What was important to me was that the Sammy would do 1080p as an HTPC
monitor without overscan. Pretty rare for 46" LCD TVs, and a spec
change from the previous Sammy 4495.

But maybe I could have written "When comparing 46" LCD TVs, be sure to
check out the Sammy LNT-4661FX as well... specs and everything."

I was considering the Samsung LNT-4661 until I saw it at Circuit City
a few weeks ago. I was not impressed.

Even though it was hooked up to the Blu-Ray player in the store, the
picture did not look as good as the XBR3, and its fit-and-finish
looked fairly cheap.

The only feature that it had that the others seem to lack is the HDMI-
CEC interface.

How does HDMI-CEC differ from the HDMI interface in the Sony models?

Does anyone have any input regarding the Sony V2500 and V3000 models?
