I purchased a Samsung HPS4253 from Circuit City in December 2006. I
have a problem with 2 red verticle lines running through the picture. Circuit City warranty is elapsed (30days) so i have been working through Samsung. They have already sent someone to the house to fix it once and within 3 days the exact same problem returned. I am trying to get the unit replaced but Samsung "customer service" is not responding. Once i refused to have yet another repair done to my set and requested a replacement, they transferred me to the "executive customer service" department. With no satisfaction in site as they appear to be reading a script, i asked for a manager and was told they were not available but someone would contact me - WITHIN 72 HOURS. Still waiting to talk to someone over a week later and daily calls to them. Amazingly i have remained calm through the experience but patience is wearing thin. I just want a TV that works! Any suggestions on how to proceed are welcome. |
