How does one adjust Horizontal position on a PT-60LCX?

A while back I had a Disney DVD in and noticed that when I Zoomed in
to fill the screen, it did not completely fill in the left side
(looking at the screen). At the time, I thought it was maybe the
movie. Last week, I upgraded to HD/Digital cable.

Watching HD channels, and having the black bars on some of the shows,
I notice that the black bar is smaller on the right side of the
screen! Now I know it wasn't the Disney DVD, but the Horizontal
position is off.

I'm assuming I need to enter the Service menu to adjust the H position
because there's no option to adjust Hori or Vert in the user menu.

If it's possible to adjust the Horizontal in the User menu, can some
one please tell me the process? If I need to do this in the service
mode, can someone tell me how I can even get into it? I tried the
Antenna to Cable, Sleep Timer to 30mins .... to try and enter and it
didn't work.

Please, someone help me out...

The adjustments you seek, if not in the customer menue, are then in the
service menu.
Contacting the manufacturer and asking them for the cost of the service
literature will avail you of the procedures to do the suggested adjustments.
