Yes but you use that argument as one against Nintendo. 'Same old games'

you can't exactly criticise Nintendo for repeating formulas. Every
Zelda, Mario etc. that Nintendo put out they at least add a ton to that
formula unlike Madden which basically just stays the same.

What you seem to fail to understand is that nobody here is claiming that
the Wii is 'better' than the xbox360 we are just sticking up for a great
machine and not at all interested in one-up-man-ship. Only adolescents
feel the need to constantly justify your purchases and shout about them
like their lives depended on it. I've owned pretty much all the major
past consoles and will be picking up and Xbox360 in a couple of months.
And I won't be buying Madden on either machine because American football
is damn boring.

Do you honestly think that anybody here can't see the difference between
the wii and the xbox360? I've never said 'forget about the graphics' (as

If I can put it as simply as possible some(not all) people like to be
challenged when they play a game. Overcoming the challenge is what makes
a good game for a lot of us, it's why people still play chess. Now, no
amount of graphical polish is going to make chess or Tetris a better
game, in fact chess games with fancy graphics look pretty lame.

I know you'd like to think that one system is 'better' because the
graphics are more polished but whilst graphics tend to get old quick,
good gameplay lasts forever - why do you think gaming sites have started
re-reviewing virtual console games?

There are some great games on the xbox360 I'm not denying that, just
