Google is your friend. You might want to learn to use it.
This link took me about one minute to find.

Will there be any CHEAP small tube based TVs out soon

I don't care abet HD.... just want digital and cheap

At the rate things are going I wouldn't be surprised if you won't be
able to get a CRT based TV or computer monitor AT ALL in a few years!

I would suspect SD sets are going to be available and less expensive
than HD. I'm not sure the era of medium size TVs for much under $200 US
are going to last long though.

I suspect you won't see the really cheap ones til after the March
deadline. I fully expect to see 13" sets with atsc tuners under $100 by
mid year.

CRT based TVs and monitors are rapidly becoming extinct. There's the
weight problem, the toxic waste disposal problem, and for computer
monitors there's the eyestrain problem. LCDs are rapidly becoming cheap
enough that CRTs have no future.

The current small cheap TVs are on firesale to get rid of them before
analog dies. This includes the VCR/TV and DVD/TV combo units.

In terms of battery powered and/or handheld units, they'll start showing
up in the next generation or two of ATSC tuners. Right now, there's no
compelling reason for a digital portable TV; analog performs quite well
unless you're interested in watching some digital subchannel which isn't
carried in analog. By the time analog is switched off, digital tuners
will be a lot better than today's crop; that's the nature of things.

I am certain that portable digital TVs will be primarily, if not entirely,
LCD.
