Can a Sky+ be installed for less than 160 pounds?
Seems a bit steep to me.
Mike.

Same question really, we've finally - well she - has decided Sky+
would be a Good Idea. Is it better, considering that they only supply
refurbished boxes anyway, to buy a secondhand + box, quad LNB and fit
them myself or pay Sky the extortionate fee to do it? Would a local
installer be cheaper and then just contact Sky to arrange the £10 a
month sob payment?

When I had mine for £65.00, the engineer only had brand-new Thompson PVR3
boxes on his van, so I had a new Sky+ box installed.

Thanks, I'll try and hang on for a while for any offers then.
