Default Audio recordings on Sky+

So I can record approximately 40 hours of video on Sky+

How many hours of audio could I record onto an empty Sky+ box?

None. You'll need to put at least a disk, a motherboard and a power supply
in there before it would record anything.

For a 128 kb/s station

128 kb = 16 kB

16 kB/s = 57.6 MB/hour = 0.0576 GB/hour

Therefore for 40 Gig HD 694 Hours.
