Default Puzzle.

My wife was watching ITV3 in the kitchen while cooking Sunday lunch and
afterwards went into the lounge to continue viewing. She turned on the
lounge TV to ITV3 and found it was showing a different program to what she
had been watching in the kitchen. We opened the connecing door between the 2
rooms and viewed the 2 TV's at the same time and both tuned to ITV3 and
yes, there was indeed 2 completely different episodes of the same series!
I selected the engineering menu on both sets and found that the lounge TV
was tuned to a frequency in the channel 50 range from Sutton Coldfield and
the kitchen TV ( on a different antenna ) was tuned to a frequency in the
channel 20 range from the Wrekin transmitter. Is it normal for two adjacent
transmitters to be broadcasting different programming on the digital system?

Do not know where Wrekin is but could it be in Wales?
Thus being a different ITV region? (Yes I know you said ITV3).
