I have had Sky installed for just over a week now and I was wondering when I
should get the Sky magazine.

I have seen it advertised but was not sure if I would get a copy or not.

I don't know if it is true or not but we found the only time it is
delivered to us is if we take premium channels. If we turn off the
movie channels it stops being delivered. There's a question and answer
thing on this page and you can contact customer service

http://tinyurl.com/y9qdwj

and there's a general enquiries form to fill in here

Should get it shortly, though has been known to take a month or two
before it kicks in.

People on 6 mixes or those with sport or movies will receive it, if you
have no movie or sports and only have 2 or 4 mixes you won't receive it.

I wouldn't worry about the magazine, it's not worth the paper it's
printed on, the vast majority of people throw it in the bin often
without even opening it, as they know from the past it is a useless
magazine, but people won't tell Sky not to send it as Sky won't reduce
the subscription.

Are they meant to be bringing back the listings in it?

Alas I'm still getting mine, even after dropping down to 2 mixes.

It usually comes on a tuesday - which is also my recyling day. :-)

It has to be the most worthless publication in the history of the printed
word.

Heres a message I sent to Sky:

Thanks for sending our first magazine since we had Sky installed last May.
The thing is you sent 2 copies of the November edition and we never recieved
the December edition at all!

I read that there are 2 new magazines being launched in January. Will we
recieve any of them this time?
