codes for sky box

can any one help me get any codes for my sky box i live in ireland. i
do not known much about it.
so any help would be great cheers derek

alright jomtien may be i did not make a lot sense, i started to enter
new channels into my sky box and found i was a bit lost doing it all. i
got to the stage in the services menu then system setup then on to add
channels. i but the requency,polarisation,mbaud,fec and pressed find
channel and it found one after that i stored it and i cannot find it.
plus i have only one or two bits of information so any one help me make
sense's of it all that would be a great help. cheers degs

You still aren't making much sense.

Put your box back to the default settings. Then leave it alone.

There are virtually no extra channels worth adding, besides which the
Sky box does this very badly indeed.
