Default 'tv link' installation

Greetings

I have Sky+ installed on a tv downstairs and want to be able to watch
and control it on a tv upstairs also. Looking at the 'TV Link'
accessories that Sky are advertising on their website:

http://mysky.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/skyaccessory

Do these products 'beam' the picture between tvs or is there a need to
install cabling between the two sets - don't really want to trail cable
round the house!

If it is a beamed picture, what is the quality like - does it degrade
noticeably, and what are the control options (i.e. can you have
different programs running on the two sets, or are you limited to the
same channel on each)?

Many thanks for any information or thoughts.

Those are required to be hard wired, co-ax from the RF2 out of the box
to the 2nd TV.

Above links link to devices to beam the signal to another TV.

You wire the coaxial cable to the second telly and the picture will be
as good as the quality of the cable, allowing of course for the fact it
isnt RGB. You have full control as if you were downstairs, but can only
watch the same channel as the AV or RF1 output.
