Default Ay oop lad :-)

Hi,

Had to go to Leeds today to take a patient to the General Infirmary.
Never been there before. Lots of tall buildings and funny ring roads.
Further north than I though as well. Had a good view of Emley Moor tx
as well. Closest I've been. I was in awe & if I had more time I
would've gone & worshipped it :-). My job hardly ever takes me up
north so it was a nice change.

The Ostankino mast in Moscow is even better ditto the Alexander Platz with
its glinting cross.

It's a good thing about my job, the fact that I get to travel all over at
someone else's expense. I couldn't stand working in the same building every
day. It would drive me mad.

There is a worshiping spot/layby on the road next to it for the
Transmitterites. Holme Moss mast is still there, and very impressive, if
you want to worship that as well.

Dave Fawthrop dave hyphenologist co uk Google Groups is IME the *worst*
method of accessing usenet. GG subscribers would be well advised get a
newsreader, say Agent, and a newsserver, say news.individual.net. These
will allow them: to see only *new* posts, a killfile, and other goodies.

If you mean the one in Berlin, good view and there is a rotating restaurant
which used to server reasonable food as the view of Berlin rotated around
you.

Actually, how far is Holme Moss from Emlley Moor? Is Holme Moss
visible from the M1? If so, I missed it :-(

It isn't that noticable because it's just a thin thing.

Yep, you need to register first and pay a 10 Euro p.a. fee. Password and
Username *are* required when setting up your news reader.
