Default Anyone using Samsung HD-960 DVD payer?

Wondering how good the video is upconverting SD DVD's on a large screen HDTV
? Looking to get a player for my new 47" LCD display,to bridge the gap until
the BlueRay /HD DVD battle settles down. I've also been looking at the Sony
NS 90V...
Thanks,
Bob

I got one that I use with my Sony KDS-60A2000. It plays great. It upconverts
to 720P, 1080i or 1080p, and they throw in an HDMI-HDMI cable with audio
(although the CC ad says cable not included)

Like you its a stopgap until PS3 with Blueray comes out.

I'm using a Samsung HD960 with my new Sony 46" XBR2 and the picture quality
is very close to what I get from the HD channels our cable system offers.
Considered the Oppo but after reading about a couple of small bugs on the
AVS forum decided to go with the Samsung for exactly the same
reason...waiting for the dust to clear in the battle of true HD DVD players.
