Default Philips HDTV - lightning then green tint to screen

I have a Philips 30" HDTV - regular CRT monitor, but I don't know the
model number.
Last week we had a thunderstorm and power went out for about 5-10
seconds...when it came back up, everything worked fine on all my
components, except my HD channels (and only the HD channels) now have a
green tint. I tried swapping my cable box with comcast (my HD service
is through comcast also), same problem with the new box. All my
equipment is plugged in to a home theater surge protector (it's not a
cheap one either, I got the highest joule rating I could find).

Any ideas? I figure if it were the component cable connection none of
the channels would be ok, but all the standard def. channels come in
fine.

I'd guess the TV lost it's channel lineup. Run setup again on it.

While you are at it, do a complete RESET. Don't know about your set, but on
mine it involves plugging in the AC power while holding down the reset
button. Also, you might want to see if there is a default setting for the
various color settings, especially the screen that has the RGB settings. Can
you switch to a different set of component inputs, or HDMI? Lastly, maybe
the set no longer likes 1080i; try changing the cable box to 720P.

Joule rating is just a measure of how big a spike current it can
swallow without blowing up. If the strip doesn't use the same ground
as everything connected to the TV set (antenna, phone line, cable,
satellite dish, DVR, VCR, Sereo...etc or anthing not in that home
entertainment center) all bets are off.

Can you get OTA locals? If so try HD off one of those to see if you
get the same thing. As has already been suggested, do a reset on
everything.
