Default TVTV Digital?

I did an update on a mate's ITV-D Philips box and it found three new
channels. On going home and doing the same to mine, I found something
called SkyText and TVTV Digital. What are these?

How strange you didn't do your own first. Have a look on the various
freeview sites for details.

Not really. My friend is a technophobe when it comes to this sort of thing,
so when I updated his box I was almost certain that there would be new stuff
on it. However, when I looked he had channels that I had never heard of, so
when I got home I did mine.

Such as?

I thought this 'site' would be good.

Exactly... What is it?
The website is somewhat vague.

Sky text works via the text button on my Grundig box and my Panasonic dtv.
My old Philips box is up in the attic so can't test it - but I have a
feeling that they don't work with the newer text services - can you get ITV
text via the Philip's box?

TVTVdigital seems to be a TV listings site that can be used to program some
PVR's. There is a thread on digital spy
http://forum.digitalspy.co.uk/board/...d.php?t=435152 with some
discussion about TVTV.
