I've had 2 Sky+ boxes in the space of 8 weeks. First one had HDD
failure. The next one is having Technical Fault - 11 and 8 issues when
recording and is also saying there is no satellite singal being recieved

then due to me not being able to reliably use the service and he stated
that I was locked in for twelve months and there was nothing he could do
and that retentions would not take my call.

response.
