Best by a mile

Or, if you're using software such as Windows Media Centre Edition, just
get any bda-compatible device at a fraction of the cost. Same result.

FWIW I tried using a multi card solution based on the Nebula products,
and found that the software was crap. I sold them all on ebay.

"Conclusion

The DigiTV PCI is a top-flight product. The hardware is well featured and
works well. The DigiTV software is exactly what TV-Card applications should
be like. It uses the standard windows API, is simple to understand and
offers control under the hood for those who like to tweak. It is stable, it
works and is continuously being updated to solve any issues that arise.

Thanks to the continued efforts of Nebula, this product stands head and
shoulders above the competition."

If you want a card with the best manufacturer supplied software then the
nebula is a clear winner.

If you want a card with standard BDA drivers that allows you to run all
sorts of very good third party software (e.g. Media Portal, Media
Centre, Webscheduler etc.) then buy any good low cost DVB card with BDA
drivers and save the extra money. There is little difference in the
hardware of these cards.

It *does* support TUTV with some extra bits.

Dave Fawthrop dave hyphenologist co uk Google Groups is IME the *worst*
method of accessing usenet. GG subscribers would be well advised get a
newsreader, say Agent, and a newsserver, say news.individual.net. These
will allow them: to see only *new* posts, a killfile, and other goodies.
