I noticed a lot of the cop shows stretch their pictures without adjusting
the aspect ratio. Anyone else notice this? |

Since they broadcast the same show on SD-TNT, you now get the choice of aspect ratio. For the movies they stretch, just flip on the SD channel. |

Cox Cable in Orange County, CA started offering "TNT-HD" about 8 months ago, but almost all shows on it are "stretched" and look awful. Can you imagine a FAT "Sipowicz" on NYPD Blue? Look at him onCox. What's lousy is that they charge you a pretty penny for the "HD Package" and two-thirds of it is not HD. Its either SD or "stretched." Jim |
