Is it possible to receive any Polish Channels with a standard Sky Digi
sub and box?

If you rotate your dish to 19.2 east there's "TV Polonia" and "TVP
Kultura" currently free-to-air with parameters compatible with a Sky
Box.

It may be worth talking to a local dealer and ask about a system with a
stearable dish.

Absolutely. Or maybe as a cheaper compromise the dealer could simply fit a
twin LNB?
