I'm surprised that the French don't have upside pictures on DTT. It would
protect the French digital TV market by making it necessary to use a French
DTT box, or else you'd have to turn your TV set upside down. Actually they
should also make the picture negative, or better still make the Y and Pr
components negative, but not Pb, (a bit like their analogue system L) and
then call it "Digital SECAM" (or possibly SECAM-N for secam numerique, not
to be confused with a possible analogue colour system for Argentina).
