Default SKY HD via coax

Can anyone help ???

If I have a sky HD box downstairs and a HD TV upstairs can a route the
signals through the normal sky coax without loosing picture quality.

Then use my eye to change channels ??

You won't be able to watch it in HD.
Sky HD box only outputs HD over HMDI or Component.
These are expensive to distribute to other rooms.
