why are you obsessed with UK food? I know that you do not have any quality home grown programmes of your own and envy the UK for its range of programmes, but isn't it a little pathetic of you to try and belittle the TV output of this country because you have the choice of what? three channels all transmitting in a foreign language? We have plenty of channels transmitting in foreign languages, as we have many people from foreign countries who envy our lifestyle so much they have emigrated to this country, all available through SKY. What channels does your tin pot country have for foreign nationals? CNBC? why you want to watch that rubbish and waste your small supply of electricity on that? wrong! we have Viasat 3, Viasat History and other valuable channels. Viasat3 for example showing CSI, CSI Miami, CSI NY. You seem not to understand at all my question. I do not envy your lifestyle. I do not want to drive a car on the left side, I don't want a queen as a ruler and I don't want to pay to watch a news channel. The question is: Who the hell created UK TV Garden and UK TV Food, and even UK TV Food+1 !!!! People who watch and even pay to watch those channels have some mental problem, but more problem those who invented those channels! And why is SKY digibox FC and Symbol rate restricted? Have you ever thought of that? I mean really deeply.. if you can. Bubo |

I never knew those were Hungarian programmes! oh wait, they are English language USA programmes are they not? What Hungarian produced programmes would we know from your fantastic TV stations?? You seem not to understand at all my question. I do not envy your lifestyle. I do not want to drive a car on the left side, I don't want a queen as a ruler and I don't want to pay to watch a news channel. I seem to remeber a little while ago, that you had to have a small revolution to get any form of non censored programme how many days a week do you have electricity these days? We have BBC News 24, is that Pay TV?? The question is: Who the hell created UK TV Garden and UK TV Food, and even UK TV Food+1 !!!! People who watch and even pay to watch those channels have some mental problem, but more problem those who invented those channels! Because they6 are not your cup of tea does not really give you the right to attack people who do enjoy those types of programmes as "metally challenged" does it? There are some people who would find your obsession with crime programmes slightly mental as well And why is SKY digibox FC and Symbol rate restricted? Have you ever thought of that? I mean really deeply.. if you can. Bubo Why should you worry? its not a system which is available in Hungary, why not worry about your own tv system of what? by your own reckoning, three channels? |

Looking at the new GP Masters website last night and terrible to see that almost anyone in the world can see it free on the net *No UK Viewers* is the main bit I saw so I mailed them and got the reply *Sky have the commercial rights in the U.K, You can contact Sky by calling...." Having surfed through those TV Websites that have lists of different countries on them, The UK List is pathetic so just looking at that shows who the dictators of TV is in the U.K !!! It's well overdue that a new governing body was formed and pulled Sky to pieces (Hopefully it's already in the process now they've finished ripping apart BT) Digibox problem? : A reboot solves 90% of these. I never knew those were Hungarian programmes! oh wait, they are English language USA programmes are they not? No.they are dubbed in Hungarian. What Hungarian produced programmes would we know from your fantastic TV stations?? We have many. But you would not know if I told you names. Spectrum for example is a documentary channel, very valuable, even better than Discovery. I seem to remeber a little while ago, that you had to have a small revolution to get any form of non censored programme how many days a week do you have electricity these days? We have BBC News 24, is that Pay TV?? There are news channel on SKy Digital which are pay to view. For SOME news channels you MUST PAY to watch in the UK. And even stranger! Those news channels like CNBC are FREE on other satellites, with DIFFERENT symbol rate!!! Why is that? because SKY thinks that English people can be "milked" money for something which is free for others. Because they6 are not your cup of tea does not really give you the right to attack people who do enjoy those types of programmes as "metally challenged" does it? There are some people who would find your obsession with crime programmes slightly mental as well No the whole system for paying such silly channels IS a mental problem. Even the name.. UK TV Food+1 .... And why is SKY digibox FC and Symbol rate restricted? Have you ever thought of that? I mean really deeply.. if you can. Bubo Why should you worry? its not a system which is available in Hungary, why not worry about your own tv system of what? by your own reckoning, three channels? I do not worry just want to understand... But you did NOT tell me any logical reasoning. Why SKY digiboxes have restricted symbol rate? I mean I am REALLY interested to know... And why for UK people are such restricted boxes created..... |

Personally I pay Sky so that I can get some variety: Star Trek TNG (!!!), news, documentaries, kids and music. Leaving in South East England (Surrey/Hants boarder) about 35miles from London: and I cannot receive Freeview. So to getthe channels and widescreen etc, its either cable or Sky. I prefer Sky! CNN is free. Euronews is free. If a few channels like CNBC and Bloomberg decide that they don't want to be free, that's up to them, not Sky. Who cares anyway? And why does it matter so much to you? You don't live in this country, you can't subscribe even if you wanted to. -- |

Actually it is more than likely that Sky induced these broadcasters to become encrypted by offering them reduced prices for the obligatory EPG placement. This seems like abuse of a dominant market position and, as such, would be illegal. Who cares anyway? And why does it matter so much to you? You don't live in this country, you can't subscribe even if you wanted to. Anyone with any moral sense would be concerned. -- Digibox problem? : A reboot solves 90% of these.
