Default Sky finds new way to advertise during programmes

The only blessing might be that it'll be the first episode since season 10
that I've actually laughed at more than once (if at all) and one that's
actually memorable since around the same time.

As much as I am going to miss this episode, I am not going to watch it out
of principle. I'll wait for 3 years for channel 4 to show it. At least it
won't have a C4 DOG all over it, and C4 won't plaster banners all over their
programmes for a week mentioning the fact.

That downloading programmes as suggested is illegal.

depends in which jurisdiction and also, 'so what'. I dont see much
difference to recording it off the tv or downloading it if you were going to
watch it anyway. Take a programme i regularily watch, a few weeks ago my
recording failed so i downloaded the ep in question. One is ok to do and one
not, apparently, so i dont think i'll worry too much about it.

False. It's a breach of copyright at most, which is a civil not criminal
offence (so cannot be called "illegal") and the copyright holder would
have to prove damages.

*sigh* OK you guys, all do what you like. Break the law if you want, see
if I care! :-)

Quite!, Who really gives a **** if the TV and movie companies go bust??

Sky can only improve **** by trying to hide it with their own brand of
****tier ****!

Gone are the times when TV was totally graffiti free because nobody
complained or *just ignored them*, Now it's too late everyone has to wallow
in **** or download it *illegaly*

I suppose phoning to cancel is quite comforting to the ear on having it
mentioned 3 months free, We should all name a date and phone at the same
time...that'd worry em' ;-)
