It seems it is time to buy a new TV.
There's not a lot of room in my lounge for a decent widescreen television, so I am considering the Samsung WS32Z306V slimline 32". The reduced depth of this television is perfect for my application, but how good is the television itself? I saw one on demo in Currys, but didn't think the picture quality was particularly good. The salesman said their distributed TV signal was to blame (well, he would say that, wouldn't he?). I don't want to go LCD or plasma, and, having recently purchased a Sony VTX-D800U Digital Receiver for my current TV, I don't need a TV with a built-in digital receiver. Any comments, good or bad, appreciated. -- Mike -Please remove 'safetycatch' from e-mail address before firing off your reply- |

It as been reported Samsung are to bring out a range of HD slim CRT sets shortly. I would wait to see these if you are not desperate to buy now. -- Regards David Please reply to News Group |
