Card error

Just Sky .. without the plus

Last night as I was scrolling through channels and I started to get
the error message .."there is a fault with your card, re insert and
call provider" ... or words to that effect.
I pulled out the card and reinserted it ..... and all returned to
normal.
So what was that all about then ??
