Default Sky+ 160 and HD

Hi.

I joined Sky last August and got Sky+. I also splurged for the 160
version.

That Sky+ box cost me something in the region of £250. Now I see that
to get HD I'll need to get a new Sky HD box.

Anyone know if this is an addition to the current box or if it
replaces it?

If the latter then how much disk space will the new HD box have? Will
I be compensated in any way for the "old" Sky+ box?

What - the knowledge that you've swelled Murdoch's already overflowing
bank account isn't enough for you?
