Default Moving house with Sky

Anyone know how much the "small charge" is to provide a new dish and cabling
at the new house?

Also, can I not take the old dish with me and use that?

Cheers

Tim

You could but it wouldn't save you any money its the same price if there is
a dish there or not.

There are two things you could do.
Pay the price, which IIRC is about £50.
Phone up and cancel, tell them its becase you are moving, arent that
bothered about keeping Sky, chances are they will offer you a deal, such as
a free install or money off for a few months (which will come to the same
thing as a free install).
Or a third thing (if you have Sky+ or were going to). Cancel, reinstate
under partners name, get a better deal on Sky+ install and get your existing
box cabled into another room.

Are you certain that your new house doesn't already have a dish?
