Default noisey hard drive

My "new"sky plus 160 box has a very noisey hard drive, it makes a continuous
buzzing noise (probably the spinning) and kind of crackles every time you
tell it to do something , rec, play, delete etc

The system works fine its just very noisey compared to my old sky plus box,
just wondered if its normal or may be a dodgy drive?, or maybee its just a
cheap crap hard drive? Or a sign of worse to come?

TIA

That presumably is vibration from a badly mounted drive.

Head chatter?

I would get the installer back.
