Default No Sky Sports!!!

Anyone else lost SS1? Can get SS2, but SS1 says no signal received, but the
service menu shows normal strength.

Bloody customer service to busy.....

SalesGuy. Hacked off in West Yorkshire...

see my reply to the above thread, i know it seems strange but i had the same
followed by black and white picture on the other channels! Unplugging and
plugging the box back in cured it and ss1 came back?
Looks almost like sky sent somthing out that fooked the box for a while.
Strange i know but what else could have caused it?

Unlike TV reception with an aerial, everybody gets their satellite
signal from the same satellite - so the thing in common is not going
to be your location, but it could be the make and model of your Sky
receiver .......
