Default Sky Gnome

I got a Sky Gnome on Thursday. I am posted to Germany with the forces and
Sky was happy enough to sell it to me but declined to give me technical
support today :-(. It all depends on who you talk to at Sky whether the
British forces are considered British!!!

Anyhow the thing works very well but I cannot seem to change channels with
it. It works fine with the digibox changing channels but will not change
channels from input from the Gnome. I have enabled RF devices and the Cables
are connected. I have changed the channel responder to 22 as in the guide
but still no channel change.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Brian, with the second rf output set to "on" in your installer menu
(services, 4, 01, select) it should work. it must be connected to rf output

You are absolutely right, the Gnome set up guide had the RF2 port where our
RF1 port is. I found a site on the internet that described what each part of
the Gnome set-up did and was able t o correct last night. but thanks for the
advice. All works well now.
