It's not external interference because the interference is dependent on the brightness of the lines in the picture. i.e. where the lines are bright, the interference forms vertical bars, but where the lines are dark, the interference bars sweep towards the bottom left. I can give similar examples where every single TV set tuned to the same transmission all have identical faults. Just several hundred thousand people being unlucky I guess ? |
