Made an online application for a sky installation 2 weeks ago. Got to
the bit where it asked if the aerial needed to be over 30ft - answered yes. Was told to order by phone. Ordered by phone. Confirmed that it needed to over 30ft. Got told that Special Heights Team would install it today. Special Heights Team called today, said they couldnt install the aerial as it was over 30ft, and they werent insured to go higher than 30ft. In fact, their ladders wouldnt even reach 30ft. Asked if they were the Special Heights Team - "Yes - Of course we are, and we're sick of Sky sales staff telling people that we can install over 30ft" WTF!!! It's on the F'ing web site!
